In it, 5 mothers write down a list of physical flaws they see in themselves, and then in a surprising twist they get their young daughters to do the same thing. Once the mothers read what their daughters have to say you can see the emotion in their faces as they see that their insecurities are the same.
The goal is to show how self-esteem is passed down from generation to generation, and that the way children see beauty begins with the way we see beauty. It’s a pretty touching video guys.
