X-Men Apocalypse Trailer Is Everything

And it looks like the trailers just won’t stop! We’ve been treated with the Civil War trailer and The Force Awakens trailer just to name a few. Now, it’s Apocalypse’s turn. And it looks awesome!

Apocalypse. The world’s first mutant, and like the Bible, Apocalypse has with him his 4 horsemen – these are usually a group of 4 of the most powerful mutants that he has under his control. My absolute fave was when Apocalypse had Storm, Magneto, Charles, and Mystique in his control. So freaking bad ass.

In this film, it looks like he’s controlling a young Storm (bringing back the good ol’ days of her mohawk #flawless), Arc Angel, Psylocke, and…wait for it: Magneto (pause for dramatic effect). Can’t wait for them to mess shit up!

Oscar Issac is playing Apocalypse, and I think he’ll do a great job. He’s seriously just taking over Hollywood at this point, with his upcoming role in this film and The Force Awakens trailer. The man’s clearly doing something right.

What I’m the most excited about is when Charles is wearing the cerebra helmet and says “I’ve never felt power like this before”. Not only does he looks scared out of his mind, but when his eyes go black he almost looks like he’s enjoying that rage and that power.

This movie’s bringing back everyone: a young Nightcrawler, Quicksilver, Mystique, young Storm, young Scott, Havoc, young Jean, Beast, Magneto, and of course Charles (who finally gets his head shaved!).

Check out the trailer below!

And can we have a moment of silence for the amazing song “The Haunted” by Snow Ghosts please?
